Join our client in shaping the future of healthcare as a Business Continuity Manager within their IT department. In their dynamic and continually expanding environment, each day brings new challenges and opportunities. Their services are pivotal in meeting evolving requirements and are integral to enabling all other departments within the company to fulfil their duties.
The role as a Business Continuity Manager:
- Develop and enhance recovery concepts, actively participating in identifying and assessing IT risks, as well as incident management.
- Create and maintain plans and strategies for data and system recovery in the event of outages or disasters, considering various scenarios and defining clear recovery steps.
- Organize regular tests of recovery plans to ensure smooth execution in emergencies.
- Coordinate recovery measures during emergencies to expedite business resumption, providing ongoing updates to management and relevant teams.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post-emergency to evaluate recovery performance and derive improvement measures for strategy and processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for various audits, including ISO 27001, C5, MPG, internal audits, and HDS.
The Profile:
- Hold a degree in computer science or relevant IT qualifications, with several years of experience in IT emergency management.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of developing and executing recovery plans.
- Familiarity with audit participation and risk management.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and teamwork skills when engaging with stakeholders.
- Exhibit independent and structured work habits in daily operations.
- Fluency in German and English (C1/C2/Native)
