  • Als Spezialist:in im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung bist du für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software "Lexware lohn + gehalt" zuständig
  • Du kennst die gesetzlichen und fachlichen Anforderungen und die Komplexität der Entgeltabrechungsprozesse und ermittelst notwendige Anpassungen im Produkt für unsere Kund:innen
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team definierst du wie die Anforderungen gesetzes-konform und mit dem größten Kundennutzen umzusetzen sind und stellst damit die sachliche und rechnerische Korrektheit unserer Produkte sicher
  • Du erstellst als technischer Autor die online-Hilfe und die Dokumentation zu unseren Produkten
  • Du bist in allen Fragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung kompetente:r sowie hilfsbereite:r Ansprechpartner:in deiner Teamkolleg:innen
  • Du stehst in regem Austausch mit dem Product Owner, den Stakeholder:innen und dem Kundensupport und vernetzt dich auch über die Teamgrenzen hinaus
DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht durch Berufs- und Anwendererfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung bei einem Softwarehersteller für Lohnsoftware
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen digitalen Meldeverfahren zum Datenaustausch mit den Finanzbehörden und den Sozialversicherungsträgern (Elster, ELStAM, SV-/ UV- Meldungen)
  • Gutes Verständnis für die technische Funktionalität von Lohnabrechnungs-Software
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit mit zeitgleicher Lösungsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Textaffinität
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein verbunden mit einer strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung als Requirements Engineer oder Business Analyst:in
