Für dieses Team in der rheumatischen Arthritis bei Alfasigma suchen wir Personen wie Dich, die Teil unseres tollen Teams werden und eine entscheidende Rolle im Erreichen unserer Ziele spielen wollen.
Die Position:
Unsere Therapeutic Specialists bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu hochspezialisierten Ärzten in Praxen, Kliniken und Krankenhäusern sowie zu anderen medizinischen Fachkräften auf, die rheumatoide Arthritis und/oder Colitis Ulcerosa behandeln. In der Position arbeitet Ihr eng mit der medizinischen Abteilung zusammen und konzentriert Euch auf den wissenschaftlichen Ansatz zum Wohle der Patientinnen und Patienten. Als gut informierte/r Botschafter/in spielt Ihr auch eine wichtige Rolle bei der Sensibilisierung für die Spezifikationen unseres Produktes.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Planung von Ressourcen und Kundenbesuche nach Vorgaben, zielgerechte Umsetzung der zentralen Marketingstrategie und regelmäßige Analyse der geschäftsrelevanten Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) sowie die Wettbewerbs- und Verordnungssituation in dem jeweiligen Gebiet.
- Makrotrends und Marktveränderungen vorhersehen, die eine Überprüfung der Kundenstrategie erfordern, und proaktiv versuchen, die Aktivitäten, Strategien und Programme der Wettbewerber zu verstehen. Sicherstellen, dass diese Wettbewerbsinformationen innerhalb der Organisation weitergegeben werden.
- Interaktion mit Kunden, um das Bewusstsein für Jyseleca® und ggf. weitere Produkte von Afasigma zu fördern.
- Effektive Kommunikation in allen Bereichen und Unterstützung der Anwendung der richtigen Behandlung zur richtigen Zeit für die richtigen Patientinnen und Patienten.
- Nutzung der Vorteile der Omnichannel-Kundenbetreuung mit Vor- und Nachkontakt und funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Team mit Marketing, Medical und Market Access.
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von, sowie die aktive Teilnahme an, medizinischen Fortbildungs- und Trainingsveranstaltungen.
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens als Pharmareferent/in im Außendienst und Handeln nach den hohen Standards und Verhaltensregeln von Alfasigma sowie nach den Regeln für Ethik und Compliance.
- Effektive Nutzung der unterstützenden IT-Systeme zur Bewältigung der anfallenden Aufgaben wie Planung, Besuchserfassung, Veranstaltungsmanagement und Gebietsanalyse etc.
Deine Qualifikationen:
Unser ideales neues Teammitglied ist geprüfte/r Therapeutische/r Fachwirt/in (Pharmareferent/in) oder hat eine gleichwertige Ausbildung nach § 75 AMG, vorzugsweise ein wissenschaftliches Profil auf Master-/Bachelorniveau.
Weitere Voraussetzungen:
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Pharmavertrieb.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der entzündlich-rheumatischen Erkrankungen und/oder Biologika sowie deren Vermarktung. Erfahrungen mit der Fachgruppe der Rheumatologen sind wünschenswert.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und das Talent, Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und zu verstehen sowie neue Chancen quantitativ und qualitativ zu bewerten.
- Wille zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung, besonders gut in der Teamarbeit und eine hohe Arbeitsmoral.
- Strategisches ausgeprägtes Denken und exzellentes taktisches Handeln.
- Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
