AUFGABEN:
- Du unterstützt Deine Kunden bei der Besetzung offener Vakanzen durch Vermittlung von erfahrenen, spezialisierten Fach- und Führungskräften.
- Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kandidaten und Kunden am Telefon, via Videogespräch und per E-Mail, gewährleistest du eine positive und professionelle Experience.
- Du betreust den gesamten Vermittlungsprozess von A bis Z auf Kunden- und Kandidatenseite (Neukundenakquise, Vertragsverhandlungen, Kandidatensuche, Interviewtermine vereinbaren, Feedback einholen, …) – sprich, 360 Grad Recruitment
- Du betreust von Anfang an eigenverantwortlich Deine eigenen Nischen-Kundenbasis und baust Dir stetig deine eigenen Key Accounts auf.
- Gleichzeitig identifizierst und qualifizierst Du passende Kandidaten für Deine Kunden.
PROFIL:
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
- Du hast eine erste Berufserfahrung, entweder in einer Festanstellung oder als Werkstudent oder über ein Praktikum. Wichtig ist, dass du verstehst, wie ein Unternehmen funktioniert.
- Hohes analytisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z.B. Office365, Salesforce, …) und der Bearbeitung großer Datenmengen
- Deine hohe intrinsische Motivation, Risikobereitschaft, Unternehmungslust, Neugier, und Proaktivität sowie hervorragende People- und Softskills zeichnen Dich aus
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Team Player
