For our Legal team in Munich we are looking for a


Compliance Manager (m/f/x)


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing compliance tools and compliance management systems
  • Developing and enforcing internal policies and corporate values
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations to avoid legal risks
  • Reviewing contracts with customer, suppliers and employee for legal and internal compliance
  • Conducting internal compliance audits
  • Preventing breaches of data protection, corruption, corporate espionage and other unethical behaviour
  • Organisation and/ or implementation of compliance training


Qualifications:

  • German law degree(s)
  • 5+ years of work experience; experience in automotive industry a plus
  • Material knowledge of Compliance in Europe
  • Ability to manage and complete projects from beginning to end
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German - other languages are a plus
  • Ability to deliver under tight time constraints
  • Strong sense of responsibility
