Hunter Davies is partnered with a leading Global Fluid Control Component Manufacturer seeking a driven Senior Sales Engineer to join their National Sales Team in Germany. This role focuses on expanding market share and maintaining existing clients across Germany, particularly in the Biopharmaceutical industry, including Vaccine Development, Gene Therapy, Engineered Medicine, and Cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Drive sales of Aseptic Fluid Control Technology products via OEMs, distribution channels, reps, instrument companies, and direct sales.
- Territory Management: Cover sales territories in Germany, managing quotes, training distribution partners, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Customer Engagement: Utilize technical expertise to build relationships, secure new customers, and support business development.
- Sales Support: Assist at global trade shows, conduct product seminars, and provide field service and troubleshooting.
- Training: Develop and deliver sales training programs, monitor distributor/rep performance, and support special projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial) or a business-related field (Marketing, Technical Sales, Business Administration).
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in Hygienic or Aseptic Fluid Control components.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Electronics, or Specialty Chemicals industries.
- Languages: Fluent in English and German.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: €90-110K base salary plus performance bonus.
