Deine Rolle

Als Investment Banking Associate spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Team. Du begleitest Senior Banker bei anspruchsvollen M&A Transaktionen und Refinanzierungen. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen die Führung und Entwicklung von Analysten und Praktikanten, die Durchführung eingehender Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie die Entwicklung komplexer Finanzmodelle und Präsentationen für internationale Projekte.


Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit und Unterstützung in den Bereichen M&A und Corporate Finance
  • Führung und Betreuung von Analysten und Praktikanten
  • Durchführung von detaillierten Branchen- und Unternehmensanalysen
  • Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Branchenscreenings für potenzielle Akquisitionsziele/Käufer
  • Anfertigung von Präsentationsunterlagen, Finanzmodellen, Bewertungen und Infomemos
  • Unterstützung des Managements bei laufenden Mandaten und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung im Business Development und laufender Kontakt mit Mandanten und anderen Stakeholdern


Dein Profil

  • Professionelle, hoch motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit großem Interesse am M&A-Geschäft
  • Ausgezeichnet abgeschlossenes Studium in Business Administration, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik oder Wissenschaft
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im IB/M&A
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, Research-Datenbanken und Data Analytics
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit mit starken Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeiten
  • Professionelles Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
