With a diverse, multicultural team, we deliver innovative solutions and 24/7 service to our partners.We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Hotel Contracting Manager to join our Global Contracting Team, with a focus on the German and Scandinavian markets (including Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland). This remote role is designed for candidates based in Germany or Scandinavia, with a strong understanding of the regional hotel landscape. You will be responsible for developing and managing hotel partnerships, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring availability, and expanding our portfolio to support Yanolja Go Global's commercial growth across these key territories.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners across Germany and Scandinavia.• Negotiate and finalise contracts according to Yanolja Go Global guidelines, legal framework, and commercial objectives.• Monitor hotel performance, ensuring competitive rates, availability, and seasonal promotions.• Identify new hotel partners and expand coverage in both primary cities and secondary destinations.• Ensure accurate contract loading and follow up on operational issues, including book-outs, cancellations, and payments.• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and Marketing to optimise commercial results.• Represent Yanolja Go Global at regional trade fairs, industry events, workshops, and partner meetings.Qualifications• Based in Germany or Scandinavia - candidates must reside within these regions to effectively manage local markets.• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Hotel Contract Manager in Germany and/or Scandinavian countries.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.• Fluent English - German or Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Flexibility to travel within Germany and Scandinavia when required.Preferred Skills & Experience• Experience with both independent hotels and international hotel chains.• Knowledge of regional travel markets, pricing trends, and seasonal demand patterns.• Experience attending or organising B2B events, trade fairs, and industry workshops.• Strong network of hotel industry contacts across Germany and Scandinavia.• Commercially minded with a passion for hospitality and travel.Why Yanolja Go Global?• High-impact role in a rapidly expanding, tech-driven global company.• Collaborative, multicultural environment that values initiative and innovation.• Opportunity for international exposure and long-term career growth.• Remote work model with flexibility and a supportive team culture.
