Job Description Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for aMediabuy Managerto join their business in are looking for an experienced Regional Media Buy Manager for Germany to join our team. As aMedia Manager, your responsibility will encompass strategic media buying, campaign optimization, budget management, vendor negotiation, and performance analysis.Responsibilities:Taking responsible for the development and implementation of the regional media strategy including media cooperation, planning, placement, analysis and optimization (e.g. at the touchpoints TV, print, OOH, radio, podcast in close cooperation with the regions media agency and media group)Developing and executing comprehensive 360 media buy strategies (online and offline) across multiple European markets to drive brand awareness, brand consideration, and revenue growth.Supporting regional teams in achieving sales, brand, and communication goalsTraining and knowledge building of regional colleaguesCreating of regular reports including recommendations for action for the continuous optimization of me-dia activitiesControlling of the regional media agency and creation of agency briefingsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure successful project execution.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fieldProven experience as Media manager or similar role; experience in digital media is preferredAt least 8 years of professional experience in the planning, implementation, and analysis of media cam-paigns, ideally in a regional or global environmentInterest in following advertising and media trendsWorking knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)Excellent communication and presentation skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent English language skill is a must, other languages proficiency is a plus
