We are building a dynamic speaker community to help bring these experiences to life.As a Speaker Engagement Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—matching the right speakers to the right sessions, ensuring every engagement is impactful, and managing the speaker community with care and precision.What You’ll DoSpeaker Fulfilment (80%)Match Speakers to Sessions: Leverage speaker guidance and engagement objectives to identify the best speakers for each executive briefing. Use your network and relationships to find the right match, even when needs fall outside of existing specialties.Support Executive Requests: Partner with Engagement Owners (EO) and Engagement Program Managers (EPM) to support custom session or executive speaker outreach.Speaker Procurement: Secure the best-fit speakers, set expectations, and ensure speakers have the right context and prep to deliver meaningful sessions. Collaborate with EPMs and account teams to build contingency plans.Escalation Management: Monitor speaker alignment. Proactively flag and resolve escalations at T-3 weeks prior to engagement start and act as day-of escalation point for speaker-related issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations).Onsite Briefing Support: Serve as the go-to for any speaker-related changes during executive briefings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Speaker Program Management (20%)Onboard New Speakers: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including orientation, topic submission, observations, and follow-up.Maintain Speaker Profiles: Keep local speaker data accurate and up to date—managing activations, deactivations, and pool hygiene.Reporting & Insights: Utilize internal tools (Power BI, SharePoint Topic Catalog, Speaker Dashboard) to track community health and support business insights.Coordinate Training: Partner with Redmond-based Speaker Specialists and local teams to coordinate training events, including nominations, logistics, and event execution.What You BringExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with project or program management methodologies and planning.Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously.Proven time management and prioritization abilities.Creativity and leadership through influence.Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Forms, and SharePoint.Contract Duration: up to 18 monthsLocation: Onsite – Munich, GermanyLanguages: Fluent English & German requiredPrime 8 is a highly respected, woman-owned management consulting firm.
