Job Summary:

We are working with a German Private Debt fund looking to expand their investment team. This is a great opportunity to join an impressive fund with huge potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fundamental credit research and due diligence.
  • Analyze and assess the financial performance, market conditions, and potential risks and rewards associated.
  • Develop and execute financial models, cash flow projections, and investment valuations to evaluate the feasibility and potential returns of investments.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for value creation plans to maximize.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors, investment banks, and other external partners to ensure a smooth transaction process and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments, tracking key performance indicators and identifying potential issues or opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare investment presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities and updates to internal stakeholders and potential investors.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Leveraged Finance, Direct Lending, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the credit industry.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced settings.
  • Passion to work in the credit space.
