The Role


We are looking for a new Market Manager to help manage the relationships with our partners and play a pivotal role in European expansion


In this Role, you’ll get to:


* Grow the portfolio of partners in your assigned market by introducing potential partners and facilitate their onboarding process.

* Perform in-market research, provide insights, and conduct performance review meetings with key stakeholders in your assigned market.

* Review partner productivity performance and implement actions, accordingly, ensuring your portfolio of accounts are consistently optimised.

* Secure and coordinate merchandising activities for accommodation partners with special deals and seasonal promotions, supporting marketing initiatives.

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


What you'll Need


* 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry.

* Proficiency in German & English language skills, both written and verbal.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various stakeholders at different levels.

* Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn the trust of others to achieve reciprocal outcomes.

* Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise work and be focused on achieving critical targets and deadlines with accuracy.
