Laboratory Manager

Sonatec are engaged as the Search Partner to an international Chemical Manufacturing company

Our client is now seeking a new Laboratory Manager for what is an outstanding opportunity based in Marl, Germany

This is a key leadership role for the business, responsible for a team and ensuring all activities are conduced safely and in best practice. You will engage with R&D, production and quality control and provide strong leadership to the function.

Required:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (or related field)
• A strong working history gained in the Chemical industry
• Manage, supervise and lead laboratory staff and operations
• Ensure sound safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory of materials
• Outstanding leadership with inspirational communication skills
• Fluent English & German language skills
