Senior Performance Paid Search und Native Ads Manager (m/w/d), Berlin und remote


Ein sehr performantes Online Unternehmen, das nachhaltig und profitabel stark wächst, sucht nach einem top Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d), mit dem Schwerpunkt Paid Search und Native Ads. Wir suchen einen echten Crack mit Kenntnissen in Paid Social und Native Ads.


Aufgaben

  • Konzeptionierung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Paid Search und Native Ads
  • Weiterentwicklung des Kampagnen-Setups, der Keyword-Sets, Anzeigentexte und Bidding-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketingagenturen
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz und Budget in deinem Bereich und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kampagnen und Anzeigen anhand von KPIs
  • Erfolgskontrolle, Monitoring und Erstellung von Ergebnissen und Reportings
  • Verwalten und Aufsetzen von Trackings und A/B Testings
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Marketing, Analyse-Team und Produkt-Team
  • Beobachtung der Aktivitäten des Wettbewerbs


Profil

  • Advanced in Paid Search und Native Ads (Meta, Taboola, Instagram, Youtube, GDN, Criteo..)
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung großer Budgets
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Keyword- und Anzeigen-Sets sowie Gebotsstrategien
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Web-Analyse-Tools und Tracking
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Teamarbeit
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher / Muttersprache
