An unserem Standort in Ladenburg, unweit der Städte Mannheim, Heidelberg und Ludwigshafen suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit unbefristet einen

Aufgaben und Verantwortung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu generellen Produkteigenschaften, Spezifikationen, Qualitätsparametern, Anwendungen sowie sonstigen technischen und rechtlichen Belangen der entsprechenden Produktgruppen
  • Erstellung von Informationsliteratur und Zusammenstellung und Update von Informationspaketen (Spezifikationen, Produktinformationsblätter, Sicherheitsdatenblätter, Bestätigungsschreiben, Anwendungsinformationen)
  • Überwachung von Gesetzgebungen im Bereich Nahrungsmittel und Chemie sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien unserer Produkte und deren Verpackung betreffend
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit bei produkt- und anwendungsspezifischen Projekten (intern & extern)
  • Besuch von Kunden in Bezug auf technische Aspekte von Produkten, Anwendungen sowie Produktreklamationen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen globalem Verkauf, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Labor und Anwendungstechnik
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder Promotion) in den Bereichen, Chemie, Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder gleichwertig
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Gute MS-Office- sowie SAP-R/3-Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Arbeitsqualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
