Wir ​helfen kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz dabei, ​ihre Kunden schneller, effizienter und smarter ​glücklich zu machen. Für mehr Nachhaltigkeit, Transparenz und digitale Transformation. Dafür bringen wir unsere eigene ERP-Software business express als ​virtuellen Werkzeugkasten mit vielen Standardfunktionen ​mit, und heben damit ​Unternehmensprozesse auf ein neues Level. Je nach Bedarf sind wir dabei als entwickelnde Berater und beratende Entwickler zur Stelle. Als Münchner Familienunternehmen leben wir den partnerschaftlichen Umgang mit unseren rund 50 Mitarbeiter:innen und unseren Kunden. Damit ist die Zukunft bei uns mit einprogrammiert.

Aufgaben
  • Du bringst ERP-Implementierungsprojekte mit Deiner Arbeit zum Erfolg. 
  • Mit Deinem Prozess- und Organisations-Knowhow bist Du kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in Deiner Kunden zu allen Themen der Geschäftsprozessoptimierung mit business express.
  • Für Deine Kunden und Kollegen erstellst Du verständliche Anforderungsanalysen und Umsetzungskonzepte.
  • Die technische Umsetzung mit unserer integrierten Entwicklungsumgebung für Customizings übernimmst Du selbst, um Kundenwünsche optimal zu realisieren.
  • Du unterstützt Deine Kunden bei der Dokumentation ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und Customizings.
  • Bei Neueinführungen und Change-Projekten übernimmst Du die Schulung der Anwender direkt beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Zu Entscheidern auf allen Ebenen pflegst Du intensiven Kontakt.
  • Du entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen zu langfristigen Partnerschaften.
  • Der aktive Wissensaustausch mit den Consulting-, Support- und Produktmanagement-Teams ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Je nach Projekt und Kundenwunsch betreust Du Kunden auch vor Ort  (⌀< 1 Tag / Woche).

Must have
  • Dein Informatik- oder BWL-Studium mit Informatikbezug hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Projekten - Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kundenkontakt zu haben, macht Dir Spaß.
Nice to have
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen in ERP-Projekten gesammelt.

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und kannst mit Verantwortung umgehen.
  • Du verlierst auch in Stress-Situationen nicht den Blick für das Wesentliche.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstsicherheit und Beharrlichkeit zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Eine analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Vorgehensweise ist die Basis Deines Erfolgs.
