Product Owner Machine Learning (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben Du entwickelst und kommunizierst eine klare Produktstrategie, die auf datengetriebenen Erkenntnissen basiert Du erstellst, priorisierst und pflegst das Produkt-Backlog mit Fokus auf datengetriebene Entscheidungen Du erstellst Anforderungen in User Stories für unsere ML-Ingenieure Du analysierst zusammen mit unseren Data Scientists Nutzerdaten und Markttrends zur Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Innovationspotenzialen Du leitest und moderierst Sprint-Meetings (Planning, Review, Retrospective) und stellst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicher Du identifizierst Einsatzfelder für Machine Learning im Jobportal Kontext Dein Profil Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit Bezug zu Machine Learning oder KI Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Data Analytics und Machine Learning Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Werkzeugen (JIRA, Confluence o.ä.)
