Position: Project Engineer (Electrical / Renewable Energy)

Location: Onsite – Munster Region

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to the renewable energy and construction sectors. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge on a pathway to becoming a Chartered Engineer as their knowledge and responsibilities grow and evolve.


Skills and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Honours Degree Qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in renewable energy projects is an advantage, demonstrating your understanding of industry best practices and technologies.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills, enabling you to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems and other IT-based project management software.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites within Ireland, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
  • Full driving license to facilitate travel and site visits.
  • Demonstrated appetite for continuous learning and personal development in the evolving renewable energy sector.
