HSE Recruitment Network are working exclusively with an ambitious, inspiring and forward thinking manufacturing company who are looking for a HSE Specialist to lead EHS for their facility in Leipzig, Germany.


  • The factory will be operational by the end of the year and it going to be the largest of its kind which means you are in a position to really standout.
  • You will be in a unique position to join when it’s becoming operational and can implement strong processes from inception and driving the correct behaviours and really imbed this into the safety culture.
  • You will report into the Plant Manager and work closely with production management and purchasing to evaluate the associated processes and focus on the relevant occupational safety, health and environmental issues


What we are looking for:


  • An experienced H&S professional with the confidence and skills to lead a factory through set up and commissioning and beyond.
  • A background in manufacturing/engineering is essential.
  • Must hold the specific occupational safety qualification- ‘Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit‘.
  • A driven attitude, self-motivated, proactive – someone who will take ownership of HSE on site and really lead the culture.
  • Must be German and English speaking.
