Make an Impact as AssociateManaging Consultant

As an AssociateManaging Consultant, you will have the opportunity to manage ClientEngagements across a range of industries and types ofprojects:

  1. Develop strategies andprograms for large, strategically important regionalclients.
  2. Effectively manage small tomedium-sized project teams with internationalconsultants.
  3. Independently identify issues,structure analysis with oversight, synthesize team analysis andidentify relevant implications.
  4. Developrecommendations, prepare presentations, and deliver them toclients.
  5. Understand immediate clients’ needsand agenda to provide creative input intoprojects.
  6. Develop day-to-day workingrelationships with clients.
  7. Identify engagementrisks in immediate areas ofresponsibility.
  8. Support intellectual capitaldevelopment from client work and incorporate insights from relatedintellectual capital/projectinitiatives.

In supporting theproblem-solving process to drive high-value decisions, you willwork closely with team members of various levels and contribute tothe firm's intellectual capital and solution development. Qualifications

  1. Undergraduateor master’s degree.
  2. At least 3 years of workingexperience in consulting.
  3. Exceptionalanalytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability tostructure analyses to form impactful solutions to ambiguous clientchallenges.
  4. Exposure specifically in paymentsand/or retail banking or merchantspreferred.
  5. Ability to communicate complex ideaseffectively – both verbally and in writing – in English andGerman.
  6. Demonstrated ability to buildtrust-based relationships with colleagues andclients.
  7. Ability to multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  8. Advanced Word, Excel, andPowerPoint skills required; exposure to data analytics methodspreferred.
  9. Candidates must be eligible to workin the country of which they are applying for a position in, aswell as eligible to apply for travel visas as required by travelneeds.
