Sap Advanced Business Application Programming Developer

Role – SAP Frontend Sr. Developer /UI5 Developer
Technology: SAP S4 Migration, SAP UI5 and ABAP, GitLab, OData services etc.
Employment Type: Permanent Employment
Location: Frankfurt Germany
German Language mandatory B2 and above.
Job Description:
Mandatory Technical Requirements
- Programming Languages: Proficient in SAP UI5 and ABAP.
- Database Development: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
- CI/CD Toolset: Familiarity with GitLab.
- OData Development: Experience in developing and configuring OData services.
Target Requirements
Experience:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in relevant areas, as evident in the CV.
- Proven experience in the development and configuration of OData services.
- Experience in database development for SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 programming.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
Project Context: The developer role is required for the projects, “Further Development," and "S4 Migration" within the framework agreement. These projects involve maintenance, enhancement, and migration tasks related to the SAP system IPS.
Service Provider Responsibilities
The service provider will undertake the following responsibilities:
1.Development and Maintenance:
- Develop SAP frontend components.
- Write clean, efficient, and fully documented code.
- Develop software applications that meet client requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance and customer-specific enhancements for the SAP IPS system.
2. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of software projects.
- Attend relevant technical meetings and provide regular updates to project managers and team members.
3. Agile Practices:
- Implement and execute agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Participate in Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure compliance with agile practices by the agile teams.
4.Quality Assurance:
- Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to others.
- Ensure adherence to appropriate software development practices and standards.
5.Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather information and bring together stakeholders through independent and self-organized work.
- Provide technical support to the Product Owner in creating and maintaining the Product Backlog.
