The Role:

• Conduct analyses on various materials and samples following test instructions and relevant standards.
• Edit and update laboratory procedures as needed.
• Develop and revise SOPs and test instructions.
• Qualify test equipment according to SOPs and guidelines, including preparing qualification documents and coordinating tasks.
• Create and improve analytical methods for testing raw materials and finished products, including writing test instructions.
• Validate and verify analytical methods according to SOPs and guidelines.
• Assist in training staff on analytical procedures.
• Perform general laboratory duties such as procuring chemicals, disposing of samples, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support laboratory software applications and develop or modify scripts and methods.
• Assist in software validations.
• Double-check analysis data in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Document activities in compliance with GMP guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Completion of vocational training in chemical laboratory assistance or similar.
• Several years of experience in an analytical laboratory within a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in method development, validation, and verification.
• Proficiency in qualifying test equipment and applying various analytical methods.
• Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, electronic QM systems, and network-based applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
