This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for various rolesPost jobs on LinkedIn and other recruitment platformsCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidatesMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reportsSupport employer branding and talent pipeline developmentAssist with onboarding and recruitment administrationQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferredFamiliarity with LinkedIn and recruitment toolsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and deadlinesFluency in English (German is a plus but not mandatory)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceFlexible work arrangements (remote)Paid leave in line with German labor standardsOpportunity to grow within an international teamHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with your resume.
