IT System Administrator – Berlin – Global Leader in Audio Interfaces – On-Site
Your Role:
You are proficient in both German and English, managing and supporting ADAM Audio GmbH's IT applications while maintaining IT equipment at the Berlin office. As part of the global infrastructure and support team, you handle SaaS applications, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune Mobile Device Management, and Office 365. You work independently, are eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills. Your background includes effective troubleshooting, attention to detail, and strong time management. You can balance ongoing administration tasks, support tickets, and longer-term IT projects while ensuring a secure and functional IT environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle local IT administration in Berlin, including creating, processing, and escalating support tickets
- Collaborate with the UK IT team to develop processes, systems, and applications
- Complete technical and end-user documentation
- Act as the contact person for local IT providers
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Proficiency in managing Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
- Experience with securing Azure AD/Entra ID
- Knowledge of MDM device and configuration management (preferably Microsoft Intune)
- Experience with Windows Desktop and Server troubleshooting
Preferred but Not Essential Experience:
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, Comarch, Netsuite)
- Network troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Confluence, Jira
- PowerShell
- SharePoint implementation, development, and administration

- MacOS troubleshooting
