EINLEITUNG

Möchtest Du aktiv dazu beitragen, die Zukunft der Mobilität und das Wachstum von Peter Park voranzutreiben und als Team Lead für Project Management (m/w/d) eine entscheidende Rolle spielen? In dieser Position bist Du der Kopf hinter der Planung und Umsetzung neuer Projekte im Bereich des digitalen Parkraummanagements in unseren Märkten. Du koordinierst interne und externe Ressourcen, stehst im engen Austausch mit unseren vielseitigen Kund:innen und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. WAS IST DEINE AUFGABE?

  • Du lieferst dem Kunden den gewünschten Wert in Form einer voll funktionsfähigen, hochwertigen und hochtechnologischen Parklösung.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für interne Projekte und Initiativen, stärkst das International Projektmanagement-Team und die Peter Park Organisation.
  • Du förderst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder, indem du Wissen teilst und Fähigkeiten vermittelst, um die Gesamtqualität im Bereich Projektmanagement zu steigern.
  • Du koordinierst geschickt die Ressourcen des Teams, um sämtliche Fristen mit herausragender Qualität und innerhalb des Budgets einzuhalten.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle operativen Abläufe effizient gestaltet werden und alle Projektziele termingerecht erreicht werden.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfassung von Kennzahlen, die sorgfältige Überwachung des Fortschritts sowie die gründliche Bewertung der Zielerreichung.
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen, behältst den Überblick über den Projektfortschritt und entwickelst proaktiv Lösungsansätze für potenzielle Risiken.
  • Du bringst nicht nur technisches Know-how, sondern auch organisatorisches Geschick ein, um den Erfolg des Unternehmens im Bereich Parklösungen zu fördern.


DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN:

  • Du bist ein Experte oder eine Expertin in der IoT/SaaS Branche oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du hast mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer wettbewerbsintensiven und anspruchsvollen Umgebung, darunter in Bereichen wie Betriebsführung, Projektmanagement, Technologie oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Koordinieren verschiedener Stakeholder sowie in der Projektdurchführung.
  • Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Technologie-Hardware und Bauwesen. Dein fachübergreifendes Know-how und Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, darauf aufzubauen, sind unerlässlich.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Professionalität und kompetentes Auftreten aus.
  • Du interessierst Dich stark für den Bereich Parken und Mobilität und siehst das große Potenzial dahinter.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, Du trägst aktiv zum Team bei, unterstützt andere Teammitglieder und hilfst ihnen dabei, in ihren Aufgaben erfolgreich zu sein.
  • Du hast ständig den Ehrgeiz zu lernen und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du bist system- und prozessorientiert und liebst es, Ordnung aus dem Chaos zu schaffen.
  • Du verfügst über starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation, Du hörst gut zu und vermittelst komplexe Informationen klar an alle Stakeholder.
  • Du kannst große Mengen an Informationen verarbeiten, priorisierst Aufgaben dynamisch und führst kontinuierlich Realitätschecks durch, um Dich maximal auf das Dringende und Wichtige zu konzentrieren.
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.


WORK SETUP:

  • Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden pro Woche (Vertrauensbasis)
  • Homeoffice Policy: 3 Tage im Office / 2 Tage remote
  • Vertrag: Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Reisetätigkeit zu ausgewählten Kunden und Projekten
