In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Manager leiten Sie ein Team von 12 Product Guide (Verkäufer/in). Das Ziel: das beste Kundenerlebnis zu bieten, indem Sie Beziehungen aufbauen und sich für die Erreichung kühner Ziele einsetzen, sowohl im Laden als auch in unseren Communities.
Als Assistant Store Manager sind Sie für die Schaffung eines Markenerlebnisses und die Entwicklung des Teams im Einklang mit der Vision, dem Ziel und den Werten von Arc'teryx verantwortlich.
Sie sind von den Produkten besessen und suchen jede Gelegenheit, nach draußen zu gehen, um zu experimentieren und zu lernen, wie unsere Produkte funktionieren. Sie inspirieren die Menschen in Ihrer Umgebung durch Ihr Engagement für das Coaching und die Weitergabe von Produktwissen. Diese Begeisterung für unsere Marke, unsere Produkte und unsere Werte inspiriert das Team, das wiederum das Kundenerlebnis verbessert, indem es einen Raum schafft, in dem jeder seinen Outer Peace finden kann

Als Assistant Store Manager werden Sie Folgendes tun:
- Das Team im Einklang mit der Vision, dem Ziel und den Werten von Arc'teryx führen und dabei die fünf Säulen des Unternehmens berücksichtigen: Experience, Product, Community, Operations und People.
- Überwachen Sie die gesamte Erfahrung der Mitarbeiter ab dem Onboarding (Einstellung, Schulung, Entwicklung, Leistungsmanagement und Entlassung).
- Mit dem Store Manager zusammenarbeiten, um das Team vierteljährlich zu bewerten und sicherzustellen, dass die Entwicklung des Teams das Unternehmen heute und in Zukunft unterstützt.
- Identifizieren und entwickeln Sie in Partnerschaft mit dem Store Manager einen Talentpool für den Einzelhandel.
- Unterstützen Sie den Store Manager bei allen Vorgängen im Geschäft.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Manager und dem Community Marketing Manager, um Veranstaltungen im Geschäft zu organisieren, die die Unternehmensmission unterstützen, den Traffic erhöhen und das Engagement der Community stärken.
