React Native Developer for Fitness App GetFit mwd

We are GetFit a young and innovative startup based in Munich Germany. Our company has developed an app for fitness influencers that allows them to monetize their reach and community with their own fitness program in our app. The app is already live and has generated revenues so far.

As part of our dynamic and experienced founding team we are looking for a React Native Developer to drive our technology vision and be responsible for the continued development of our product.

Tasks
  • Lead the technical development of our application ensuring its scalability performance and security
  • Work closely with the founding team and partners to understand technical requirements and develop innovative solutions
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of our products.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external technology vendors and service providers
Requirements
  • Proven experience developing complex web and app applications
  • Strong knowledge of React Native and Typescript (JavaScript)
  • Experience with Firebase (Google) NoSQL databases and other relevant backend technologies
  • Preferably have developed or worked on a functional and complete app that is available on the App Store/Google Play Store or as a beta build
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to work in an agile environment
  • Enthusiasm for fitness healthy eating and the Creator Economy is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German
