Your Tasks
  • Sie managen die Entwicklungspartner der Photovoltaikprojekte (zukünftig ggf. auch Windprojekte) unserer Institutionellen Kunden bezüglich Zeitachse, Meilensteine und Budget
  • Sie überwachen und begleiten - falls erforderlich aktiv vor Ort - alle Genehmigungs-, Planungs- und Flächensicherungsmaßnahmen zur Erlangung der Baureife der Kraftwerke einschließlich des zur Einspeisung benötigten Netzanschlusses
  • Mit allen externen Stakeholdern interagieren Sie und koordinieren diese (insbesondere Grundstückseigentümer, Pächter, Bewirtschafter, Kommunen, Behörden und Netzbetreiber)
  • Sie führen und begleiten Vertragsverhandlungen (z. B. Nutzungsverträge, Städtebauliche Verträge)
  • In abteilungsübergreifenden und interdisziplinären Projektteams koordinieren Sie die Entwicklungsstatus Ihrer Projekte und berichten regelmäßig zu diesen
  • Sie generieren neue Leads und beraten das Transactions Team beim Erwerb neuer Entwicklungsprojekte oder -pipelines

Your Profile
  • Sie haben ein Studium der Geografie, Erneuerbaren Energien, (Landschafts-)Architektur, Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sie konnten bereits über mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung von Erneuerbaren Energien Anlagen sammeln
  • Mit Ihren guten Kenntnissen in der Bauleit- und Genehmigungsplanung können Sie dabei ebenfalls überzeugen
  • Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch ihre proaktiven Fähigkeiten aus und fühlen sich in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld wohl
  • Sie sind zudem ein Teamplayer mit einer positiven Grundeinstellung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Für Ihre Tätigkeit sind Sie darüber hinaus bereit, regelmäßig zu reisen
