Founded by serial entrepreneur and investor Philipp Reuter (CoFounder of STR management software Smoobu) and Milan Plogsties (ex Project Leader at BCG and MD at HomeToGo) we are solving one of the most pressing problems in the industry: building trust between guests and hosts. With over 1 billion nights booked in shortterm rentals in the EU alone the opportunity is huge and we have everything we need to succeed: financial backing from some of the most experienced founders & investors in travel tech and the shortterm rental industry a great team and a number of pilot customers.
Having made significant progress in developing the product with our pilot customers and freelance partners we are now looking to make our first developer hire. Join us on this exciting journey to transform the vacation rental industry
Tasks- Lead the development of our trust platform from the ground up using both custom code and no/lowcode solutions where appropriate. Our main application currently runs on FlutterFlow and Firebase.
- An understanding of APIs
- Collaborate with the founding team to iterate on the product vision and deliver a worldclass user experience
- Ensure the security reliability and performance of the platform
- Guide the technical strategy incorporating both lowcode tools and traditional coding practices
- First experience as a software engineer in a startup or fastgrowing company ideally with experience or strong interest in product management and/or design
- Expertise in nocode/lowcode platforms ideally FlutterFlow and Firebase and their integration with custom development
- Passionate entrepreneuratheart who is comfortable wearing many hats and can adapt to the fastpaced everchanging environment of an earlystage startup.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proficiency with fullstack development and cloud infrastructure is a plus
- Prior experience with trust embedded insurance or security platforms is a plus
