Position Summary:

As an Airline Support Advisor youll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels including phone email chat and social media. Your role will involve resolving inquiries related to bookings flights and other airline services ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. This fulltime onsite position is ideal for those seeking stability and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic industry.

What Were Looking For:
  • Language Proficiency: Nativelevel German and strong English (C1) are required to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is essential. You should be comfortable handling various customer concerns and resolving them efficiently.
  • Technically Proficient: Basic computer skills are a must and familiarity with standard office software is expected. Possessing an ECDL certificate would be advantageous.
  • Flexible Schedule: The role requires the flexibility to work on a rotating schedule including weekends to meet the needs of the airlines customers.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malta such as an EU ID or residence card.
