About the software:

Our product is a SaaS B2B platform that supports companies on their entire sustainability journey with a focus on the one thing that will help our planet: Reducing emissions. And yes we also use AI to do so.

Tasks
  • Du fungierst als primre Schnittstelle zwischen Interessengruppen Kunden Ingenieuren und Datenwissenschaftlern und bist fr die Produktentwicklung eines Bereichs innerhalb unserer Klimazentrale verantwortlich.
  • Fhre den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus durch von der Erfassung der Kundenstimmen ber die Anforderungsanalyse bis hin zur Konzeptualisierung Priorisierung Softwareentwicklung und Qualittssicherung in einem funktionsbergreifenden Team
  • Arbeite als Teil einer Gruppe von Produktverantwortlichen um eine gemeinsame Produktvision zu verwirklichen komplexe technische Konzepte in eine geschftsfreundliche Sprache zu bersetzen und die Beteiligten auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CTO (Florian) unserem Product Lead (Lea) und unserem Sustainability Lead (Yacin) bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in neue Konzepte

Wie wir arbeiten:

  • Tgliche und wchentliche Abstimmungs und Konzeptionssitzungen innerhalb des Produkt und Entwicklungsteams
  • Wchentliches StakeholderMeeting bei dem eine gemeinsame ProduktRoadmap mit verschiedenen FlightLevels diskutiert und KundenFeedback eingeholt wird
  • Arbeit in einem branchenblichen SCRUMProzess (tglich Verfeinerung Planung berprfung Nachbearbeitung) mit zweiwchigen Sprints in einem funktionsbergreifenden Ingenieurteam
Requirements
  • Du lebst in der EU (CET 3) und hast eine gltige Arbeitserlaubnis
  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement
  • MUSS: Flieend in Deutsch und Englisch ausgezeichnete mndliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfhigkeiten przise Sprache
  • MUSS: Kenntnisse und/oder Arbeitserfahrung mit EUVorschriften (CSRD EUTaxonomie GHGProtokoll) oder Product Lifecycle Assessments (PLCA)
  • Sehr gute Kenntninsse in mindestens einer agilen Methode (SCRUM oder Kanban)
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit gngigen Produktmanagement und PriorisierungsFrameworks
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs Wireframing Aufgabenmanagement Dokumentations und Konzeptionswerkzeugen wie Figma / Figjam und JIRA o..
  • HandsonMentalitt agile Denkweise und geschftsorientiertes Handeln
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Produkte oder Dienstleistungen erfolgreich auf den Markt gebracht und besitzt die Fhigkeit mit Komplexitt umzugehen und sie fr andere zu vereinfachen.
  • Du engagierst sich leidenschaftlich im Kampf gegen die Klimakrise und schaffst kundenorientierte Lsungen die einen echten Mehrwert bieten
  • Plus: Hochschulabschluss in Informatik (Bachelor Master oder Dr.)
