Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to identify and document service and system requirements for aviationrelated projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine business processes and requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain the requirements traceability matrix ensuring all requirements are trackable testable and verifiable.
  • Develop and implement datadriven solutions to enhance decisionmaking improve business performance and achieve strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create project plans and prioritize tasks ensuring timely and budgetcompliant project completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies recommending new tools and methodologies to improve the requirements management process.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the aviation industry and managing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with expertise in service and system requirements management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English capable of explaining complex information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL).
