We are currently in search of 2nd Officer DPO with rock dumping experience to join our innovative team in Taiwan.

Function description

As a Second Officer Dynamic Positioning Officer (DPO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of DP2 fall pipe vessel currently operating at the Yunlin offshore wind farm in Taiwan . Recently upgraded with a new inclined fall pipe, the vessel can now install rock at an angle of up to 225 degrees, significantly enhancing the efficiency and precision of scour protection installations around offshore Wind Turbine Generators.

Your responsibilities will include:

• managing dynamic positioning operations,
• assisting with navigational duties,
• maintaining and enforcing safety protocols,
• supporting overall vessel operations, etc.

Requirements

Requirements:

• DPO Unlimited certification
• Valid Offshore Certification
• Experience on rock dumping vessels is a plus
• 2nd Officer COC
• STCW certificates
• MLC Medical
• Good appraisals
