Finance istant dfm

We are looking for a highly motivated and well organized Finance Assistant d/f/m to play a key role in our organization providing daily support to our finance team. To excel in this mission:

• Maintain organized financial records including filing scanning and archiving documents
• Check our vendors and freelancers invoices to ensure the accuracy of these invoices
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed
• Create invoices for our customers
• Execute regular payment checks
• Answer the teams questions about finance and payments

You have a plus if you bring a knowledge of monthly and yearly closing. Please still apply if you havent done this yet.

• You are wellorganized detailoriented and capable of managing several tasks at once
• You bring first knowledge in finance but you dont have to have an expert in these topics
• You are selfmotivated but are not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear
• You have a handson mentality and thrive when taking on new challenges
• You have an excellent command (at least B2) of German and Englishany additional language is a plus
