At ONIBAR we have the ambition to redefine grab & go food for the next generation of consumers. Our mission is to bring tasty affordable and convenient food options to millions of people across Europe. We are starting up our operations in Berlin with the ambition to become the market leader in our category.

We envision a future where convenient food options are synonymous with warm hospitality beautiful spaces and engaged communities. We want even the quickest food experience to be infused with all the positive emotions associated with sharing a meal. Founded by leaders with extensive backgrounds in food tech real estate and hospitality ONIBAR is supported by prominent investors and business angels from the food sector.

Were now looking for production assistants to help us realize this vision and lay the foundation for several new openings in the following months.

Tasks

What Success Looks Like in the Early Months:

  • You have efficiently taken and processed customer orders with accuracy and a friendly attitude.
  • You have assisted in the preparation of food and beverages according to our standards.
  • You have maintained cleanliness and organization in the store ensuring it is presentable at all times
  • You have supported inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • You have collaborated with team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift.
  • You have engaged with customers addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a pleasant experience.
Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role preferably in the food or retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to collaborate and assist team members.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
