What can you expect?

• You will receive customer inquiries viavarious communication channels (telephone, email, TEAMS), qualifyand process them with the support of state-of-the-art tools (ticketsystem)
• You take on 1st and 2nd levelsupport tasks, ensure performance and availability and rectifyfaults
• You install and maintain the hardwareand software on our inland vessels in Northern Europe
• You look after client systems
• Youtrain customers in person, digitally and on the phone
• You act as an interface between the shipping company'semployees and the software developers

What should you bring with you?

• You have successfully completed vocational training inthe IT sector or appropriate further training
• You have initial professional experience in a comparableposition
• You have knowledge of Microsoftinfrastructure, PC hardware, networks and communication technology
• Ideally, you have experience with the iTopticket system
• You are characterized by avery pronounced service and customer orientation as well as astructured and independent way of working, high reliability andteam spirit
• You have very good analytical,solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German andEnglish skills and a willingness to travel round off your profile -a company car will be provided
