- 2nd level support (by phone, remotely and on site) and working in the ticket system
- The (further) development of group guidelines and modern policies, also with regard to current security recommendations and standards
- Simplifying administrative activities with the help of scripts (e.g. with Powershell, Batch, Python or similar)
- The administration, configuration and further development of the existing software distribution infrastructure (OPSI)
- Contributing to the planning, management and support of IT projects and plans (e.g. introduction of Windows 11)
- The creation of concepts and installation instructions
- Successfully completed IT training with relevant professional experience or studies in the field of computer science
- Ideally, relevant Microsoft certifications are already available (e.g. MD-102, MTA, MCSA or MCSE)
- You work just as well independently as part of a team
- A good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working characterize you
- Optionally, you have a class B driving license
- Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
- You are familiar with Microsoft technologies (Windows client and server operating systems, Active Directory, group policies)
- Optionally, you have already gained experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- You have already gained initial experience in planning, managing or implementing IT projects
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (Powershell, Python or others)
- Experience in creating concepts and installation instructions
- Optionally, rudimentary Linux knowledge is already available
- Knowledge in the planning and coordination of rollouts
