Computer Scientist (m/f/d) for technical customer support and projects Computer scientist (m/f/d) for technical customer support and projects: Server and software-based payment solutions Permanent position, full-time - Hamburg, Au in der Hallertau, Moers WE OFFER THESE EXCITING TASKS
  • Supporting and advising our key customers as the most important technical contact (m/f/d) for our payment solutions (software and hardware)
  • Feasibility studies and technical evaluation of customer requirements
  • Setting up and operating customer-specific payment solutions (server, customer configuration, maintenance)
  • Monitoring and administration of our high-availability payment systems (infrastructure, server technologies, hosting)
  • Technical coordination of new features, releases and software corrections as well as supporting our customers with their software acceptance tests
  • Verification of reported problems in close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Conception and coordination of test cases with the customer together with our internal system test department

  • Completed technical degree, e.g. in the fields of (business) informatics, IT project management or comparable technical training, e.g. in information technology
  • Sound technical understanding and interest in server technologies / hosting and software-based products
  • Enjoy evaluating new technologies in the conception phase in cooperation with our development department
  • Experience in project management and payment terminals is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
  • Assumption of on-call duties
