... bist mitverantwortlich für alle Aufgaben rund um die Debitorenbuchhaltung, arbeitest selbständig in einem motivierten, jungen Team und sorgst für eine optimale Abwicklung in Deinem zugeteilten Bereich.


Aufgaben


  • Sicherstellung der periodengerechten und ordnungsgemäßen Fakturierung
  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Zahlungsrückständen/Mahnwesen/Inkasso
  • Abwicklung der Forderungsausfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rückversicherer sowie auch bei gerichtlichen Mahnverfahren
  • Ausarbeitung und Überwachung von Rückzahlungsvereinbarungen sowie Rückerstattung von Guthaben
  • Prüfung und Umsetzung von Vertragsanpassungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen und Schnittstelle zur Warenkreditversicherung
  • Führung allgemeiner Korrespondenz in Französisch, Luxemburgisch, Deutsch und Englisch
  • Pflege und Kontrolle der Lastschriftmandate sowie Stammdatenpflege
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen mit IT-Unterstützung


Anforderungen


  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Debitorenbuchhaltung / Fakturierung / Kundenbetreuung
  • Offene, sympathische Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und persönliches Engagement sowie IT- und Zahlenaffinität
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung sowie Belastbarkeit, hohe Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail
  • Sehr gute Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Luxemburgisch sowie Englisch wünschenswert

Co-responsable de toutes les tâches liées à la comptabilité clients, vous travaillez de manière autonome au sein d'une jeune équipe motivée et veillez à un traitement optimal des paiements et des factures.


Tâches


  • Assurer une facturation correcte et conforme à la période.
  • Surveiller et traiter les retards de paiement/les rappels/les encaissements.
  • Traiter des créances impayées en collaboration avec le réassureur dans le cadre de procédures judiciaires de rappel.
  • Élaborer et suivre les accords de remboursement et remboursement des avoirs.
  • Mettre en œuvre les adaptations de contrats.
  • Être l’interlocuteur pour les clients en étroite collaboration avec les services spécialisés et avec l'assurance-crédit.
  • Gérer la correspondance générale en français, luxembourgeois, allemand et anglais.
  • Gérer et contrôler les mandats de prélèvement automatique (domiciliations) ainsi que la base des données.
  • Participer à des projets de développement de processus commerciaux


Exigences


  • Formation commerciale achevée, idéalement avec quelques années d'expérience professionnelle dans les domaines de la comptabilité des débiteurs, de la facturation et du service clientèle.
  • Personnalité ouverte et sympathique avec un talent de négociateur, une capacité à s'imposer et un esprit d'équipe.
  • Disponibilité et engagement personnel, ainsi que des affinités avec l'informatique et les chiffres.
  • Volonté d'assumer des responsabilités, résistance au stress, grande précision et souci du détail.
  • Bonnes connaissances du français et de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, le luxembourgeois et/ou l'anglais étant considérés comme des atouts.
