Du willst im Bereich Consulting – Mergers & Acquisitions komplexe IT-M&A Deals und Transformationen umsetzen? Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Consultant M&A Technology (m/w/d) betreust unsere Kunden in allen Phasen des IT-M&A-Lebenszyklus. Dein Aufgabengebiet reicht dabei von der Neuausrichtung der IT-Strategie über die Anbahnung von Deals und die strategische Planung von Transaktionen bis zum Aufbau interner IT-M&A-Fähigkeiten.

  • IT- M&A-Deals und Transformationen:  Von der Strategieentwicklung bis hin zur tatsächlichen Umsetzung bist du Teil des Teams rund um IT-Integrationen sowie IT-Carve-Outs.
  • Themenvielfalt: Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten im Umfeld von Strategie, Operating Model, Architektur und/oder Project Management Office mit Technologiebezug.
  • Vermarktung: In die Erstellung von Verkaufspräsentationen und Marketingdokumenten sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-M&A Offerings bist du aktiv eingebunden.
  • Weiterbildung: Unsere globalen Trainings und das intensive Coaching durch erfahrene Experten bereiten Sie darauf vor, sehr schnell Eigenverantwortung für Aufgabenpakete übernehmen zu können und kleinere Teams zu führen.
Dein Skillset:
  • Erste Erfahrung in einem Beratungsunternehmen oder einem Industriekonzern mit Fokus auf IT-M&A, IT-Due-Diligence, IT-Carve-out oder IT-Post-Merger-Integration von Vorteil
  • Exzellenter, zügiger Abschluss eines Master-Studiums, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit technologischem Schwerpunkt
  • Affinität für zukunftsweisende Technologien und Verständnis für deren Implikationen auf Geschäftsstrategien und Geschäftsmodelle sowie Teamorientierung und Freude an direkter Kommunikation 
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
