Deine Aufgaben als Teil unseres Teams:


  • Entwicklung: Du entwirfst entwickelst und implementierst ITL sungen zur Automatisierung von Gesch ftsprozessen.
  • Interdisziplin re Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen um die Anforderungen an die Automatisierung zu verstehen und effektive L sungen zu entwickeln.
  • Qualit tssicherung: Du f hrst Tests durch behebst Fehler und optimierst um eine hohe Qualit t und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
  • Prozessdokumentation: Du unterst tzt dein Team indem du an Prozessaufnahmegespr chen teilnimmst und diese dokumentierst.
  • Pers nliche Entwicklung: Du wirst von erfahrenen Entwicklern lernen und konstruktives Feedback erhalten um Dich weiterzuentwickeln.


Requirements

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Sprachen: Mindestens gute Deutsch (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Ausbildung: Universit ts oder Fachhochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik Informatik Mathematik Physik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Engagement: Stark ausgepr gtes agiles Mindset eigener Drive neues zu lernen
  • Erfahrung: Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit objektorientierten Programmiersprachen oder Automatisierungsl sungen
  • Arbeitsweise: Verst ndnis f r komplexe Prozesse und analytische sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einstellung: Teamgeist Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Spa an projektbezogener Arbeit

Pluspunkte:

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren objektorientierter Programmiersprachen (z.B. C# Python Java...)
  • Erfahrungen mit Skriptsprachen (z.B. VBS JS) sowie Build/Deployment Tools (z.B. Azure)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Robotic Process Automation (UiPath BluePrism AutomationAnywhere PowerAutomate Robocorp)
  • Kenntnisse moderner Architekturkonzepte Design Patterns und agiler Softwareentwicklung (Scrum Kanban)
  • Beratungserfahrung
