Für das Berliner Büro sucht das Unternehmen einen Business Analyst Special Projects (Finance, Tax, Legal, M&A) - Chief of Staff to the CFO. Sie werden direkt mit dem CFO und den Mitgliedern des Vorstands zusammenarbeiten und eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Vorbereitung von Vorstandsbeschlüssen spielen sowie zu deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung beitragen.

Neben anderen Tätigkeiten sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung fundierter betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen von Bilanzen und Finanzkennzahlen sowie für die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen. Dazu gehört die Identifikation von Besonderheiten aus bewertungs- und bilanzieller Sicht ebenso wie die Beurteilung von Bilanzentwicklungen und die interne Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern im Unternehmen. Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe Geschäftsmodelle strukturiert abzubilden und Werttreiber in Unternehmen und Unternehmensteilen zu identifizieren.

Darüber hinaus gehören die Bereiche Portfoliomanagement/M&A, Capital Markets, Roadshows und Investor Relations zum Aufgabengebiet des CFO, den Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen unterstützen. Weitere unterstützende Tätigkeiten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben und Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche, Serviceeinheiten und Stakeholder.

Dies ist eine außergewöhnliche Chance: Als Business Analyst Special Projects (Finance, Tax, Legal, M&A) haben Sie die Möglichkeit, das weitere schnelle und erfolgreiche Wachstum des Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten. Neben spannenden Einblicken in ein breites Spektrum unternehmerischer Geschehnisse und Entscheidungen werden Sie in kurzer Zeit neue Fähigkeiten erlernen, Ihr Spektrum erweitern und so Ihrer Karriere eine neue, entscheidende Richtung geben.

Hierfür wird ein Kandidat (m/w/d) gesucht mit 3-5 Jahren Erfahrung in:

  • Einer Beratungsgesellschaft, die auf Rechnungslegungsberatung, Treasury, IFRS, HGB und Unternehmensbewertung spezialisiert ist.
  • Einer Investmentbank im Bereich Corporate Finance Advisory (CFA) oder Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets.
  • Einer Abteilung für Unternehmensstrategie / M&A in einem Unternehmen oder einer Versicherungsgesellschaft.

Mit einem sehr guten Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanzen, Controlling, Unternehmensstrategie und Rechnungswesen. Gute Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sind entscheidend. Sehr gute oder muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Position Voraussetzung, ebenso wie fließende schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil.
