In dieser Position spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Optimierung unserer operativen Prozesse und trägst dazu bei, die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen zu steigern.

Deine Aufgaben als Operations Analyst (m/w/d) bei der Deutschen Bank München:

  • Du analysierst und überwachst operative Prozesse und Abläufe, um deren Effizienz und Qualität sicherzustellen.
  • Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst Lösungen zur Optimierung der operativen Effizienz.
  • Durch Datenanalysen und die Erstellung von Berichten überwachst du Leistungskennzahlen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um Prozessabläufe zu optimieren und sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützt du bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Systeme und schulst die Mitarbeiter.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine zweijährige Ausbildung abgeschlossen 
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations, Prozessmanagement oder verwandten Bereichen mit, vorzugsweise in der Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbranche.
  • Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu identifizieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sind von Vorteil.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
