Das Center of Excellence (CoE) Project Management (PM) ist die zentrale Heimat der Projekt Manager in der BWI. Im CoE PM liegt zusätzlich die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagementmethodik. Wir gewährleisten einen hohen Wissensstand und Knowhow-Transfer bei unseren Mitarbeitern, damit unsere Projekt Manager (m/w/d) die spannenden und herausfordernden Projekte bei unserem Kunden Bw sowie bei internen Vorhaben zum Erfolg führen.


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Einnahme der Product Owner - Rolle in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, zur Modellierung automatisierter Rollouts von Software in Rechenzentren
  • Aufnahme, Strukturierung, Konkretisierung und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Koordination der involvierten BWI-Bereiche und der Kundenansprechpartner hinsichtlich Aufbau, Test und Inbetriebnahme
  • Steuerung eines oder mehrerer Teams von Entwicklern hinsichtlich der Realisierung der Kundenanforderungen
  • Klärung technischer Abhängigkeiten und deren Implikationen mit weiteren Product Ownern
  • Erstellung von Finanz- und Projektplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, verwandte Bereiche oder abgeschlossene fachbezogene Berufsausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Agile Project Manager (m/w/d), als Product Owner (m/w/d) oder Anforderungsmanager in komplexen Organisationen, IT-Programmen, IT-Großprojekten bzw. Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und nachweisbare Anwendungskompetenz von agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban sowie Skalierungsansätzen, wie Scrum of Scrums, SAFe bzw. LeSS
  • Product Owner (PSM I & II obligatorisch), IPMA-Zertifizierung, ITIL Grundkenntnisse, Scrum Master - Zertifizierung (erwünscht)
  • Routine im Umgang mit MS Project, Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Erfahrung in gängigen Prozessen aus dem Projektmanagement, wie Reporting und Controlling
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, analytische Denk- und Arbeitsweise, adressatensichere Kommunikation und hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
