Ihre neue Herausforderung
  • Verantwortung für die weltweite Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Teilbereich Qualitätsmanagement (nach ISO 9001 & IATF 16949) in unserem integrierten Management System
  • Beratung der Standorte und Fachbereiche hinsichtlich der Erfüllung von Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Förderung und Stärkung des Bewusstseins für Qualität in der Organisation durch interne und externe Audits
  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsleistung durch fortlaufende Prozessoptimierung
  • In Team den Nutzen des Management Systems für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte kontinuierlich steigern
Ihr Profil
  • Studium in Qualitätsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Praxis in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits und Erfahrung mit Qualitätsanforderungen in der Automobilindustrie
  • Erfahrung mit und Interesse an der Leitung interner Projekte
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Hierarchieebenen und mit den weltweiten Standorten
  • Zielorientiert, teamorientiert und bereit, auch „outside the box“ zu denken
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft an andere Standorte
