Deine Aufgaben:


  • Erstellung von Inhalten für Marketingmaterialien
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Terminierung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten auf verschiedenen Social-Media-Plattformen
  • Recherchen zu Branchentrends, Zielgruppen und Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber
  • Mithilfe bei der Organisation und Koordinierung von Veranstaltungen
  • Logistische Vorbereitungen von events
  • Verwaltung von Anmeldungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
  • Administrative Unterstützung: Erstellen von Marketing-Assets, Dokumenten und Dateien
  • Mithilfe bei anderen administrativen Aufgaben nach Bedarf


Dein Profil:


  • Du studierst Marketing, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation, Eventmanagement o.ä.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Social-Media-Plattformen und digitalen Marketing-Tools
  • Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Event Management
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine Liebe zum Detail
  • Du bist ein motivierter Teamplayer
  • Du packst gerne mit an
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
  • B1 Führerschein

Stagiaire Marketing [m/f/d]


  • Tes responsabilitésCréation de contenu pour les supports marketing
  • Aide à la planification, à la programmation et à la publication de contenu sur différentes plateformes de médias sociaux
  • Recherches sur les tendances sectorielles, les groupes cibles et les activités des concurrents
  • Aide à l'organisation et à la coordination d'événements
  • Préparations logistiques des évènements
  • Gestion des inscriptions
  • Participation à la réalisation d'événements
  • Support administratif : Création de Marketing-Assets, documents et fichiers
  • Aide à d'autres tâches administratives si nécessaire


Ton profil :


  • Tu es étudiant en Marketing, gestion d’entreprise, communication, gestion d’évènement ou similaire
  • Tu as d'excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale
  • Tu as déjà de l'expérience avec les plateformes de médias sociaux et les outils de marketing numérique
  • Tu as une compréhension de base de la gestion d'événements
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Tu as d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et une amour du détail
  • Tu disposes d’un esprit d’équipe
  • Tu es polyvalent, disponible et proactif
  • Tu parles le français et l’allemand, tu disposes des connaissance e anglais
