About the Position: You will serve as Budget Analyst for the Public Health Command Europe (PHCE) S8. Responsible for the control and management of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and for formulating and executing the following programs: Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Relocation Allowance Travel (RAT), Student and Emergency Travel.
