Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:
  • Als Experte*in für Optimierung und KI entwickelst du unsere bereits bestehenden Optimierungs- und KI-Produkte als Teil unseres Optimierungsteams weiter
  • Du wirst neue oder zusätzliche Kundenanforderungen sowie zukünftige Produktanforderungen analysieren. Dafür analysierst du die fachlichen Anforderungen und entwickelst Optimierungs- und KI-Modelle. Diese Modelle setzt du mithilfe von Techniken aus der mathematischen Programmierung, Operations Research, maschinellem Lernen und großen Sprachmodellen um
  • In Kundenprojekten stellst du im Team die Optimierungsverfahren und KI Lösungen auf das Kundenszenario ein und unterstützt beim Tuning der Verfahren
Was du dafür mitbringst:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Informatiker*in, Mathematik/Operations Researcher, Wirtschaftsinformatiker*in
  • Bereits Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler*in für Optimierungssoftware oder AI / ML Engineer ist ein Plus
  • Solide Kenntnisse im Bereich von Optimierungsverfahren, z.B. Mixed Integer Programming, Metaheuristiken, Implementieren von Prototypen
  • Hohe Affinität und Begeisterung für das Thema Künstliche Intelligenz und gute Erfahrungen in der Implementierung von Prototypen/Modelle
  • Bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen mit ML und LLMs
  • Gute Kenntnisse in High-Level Sprachen (Java/Kotlin, Python) sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in C++ und Datenbanken oder Bereitschaft diese zu erlernen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu durchschauen, auf den Punkt zu bringen und anschaulich zu kommunizieren verbunden mit einem hohen Abstraktionsvermögen und analytischer Denkweise
