Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Procurement und Project Management

ArianeGroup ist Hauptauftragnehmer für zivile und militärische Trägerraketen-Systeme, verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und den gesamten Produktionsablauf der europäischen Trägerraketen Ariane 5 und Ariane 6, die von ihrer Tochtergesellschaft Arianespace vermarktet und betrieben werden. Außerdem ist sie für die Entwicklung, den Bau, die Integration und die Wartung der Raketen der französischen See-Streitkräfte zur nuklearen Abschreckung zuständig. Als weltweit anerkannter Spezialist für innovative und wettbewerbsfähige Lösungen beherrscht ArianeGroup die ganze Palette der fortschrittlichsten Antriebstechnologien und Anwendungen in der Raumfahrt. Über ihre Tochtergesellschaften stellt sie anderen Industriezweigen ihre Fachkompetenz in Ausrüstung, Service, Weltraumüberwachung und sicherheitsrelevanten Infrastrukturen zur Verfügung. Die Unternehmensgruppe wird zu gleichen Teilen von Airbus und Safran gehalten und beschäftigt mehr als 8000 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter in Frankreich und Deutschland. Der konsolidierte Umsatz der Gruppe belief sich in 2022 auf 2,4 Milliarden Euro.

ArianeGroup GmbH in Taufkirchen sucht ab sofort für die Abteilung "JPHG Functional Equipement Germany" einen "Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Procurement und Project Management" (m/w/d) für mindestens ein Jahr.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von RFIs / RFQs
  • Teilverantwortung für die Anlage und Freigabe von Lieferanten (VAP)
  • Lieferantenrecherche
  • Komplette Abwicklung von Bestellungen (Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen, Qualitätsabweichungen, etc.)
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen und Reportings für verschiedene Projekte
  • Organisation von Lieferanten- und Teammeetings

Sie besitzen folgende Qualifikationen:

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie optimalerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
