L'accompagnement et le pilotage autonomes de projets excitants dans le domaine du conseil immobilier ainsi que le développement de projets et de surfaces en matière d'urbanisme vous passionnent?

Vos missions
- Coordination de plans d'aménagement partiels (PAP) > 10 hectares
- Coordination de PAP avec plusieurs propriétaires de terrains
- Acquisition autonome de nouveaux projets dans le domaine du conseil immobilier et du développement foncier (développement de friches et de quartiers)
- Élaboration d'études de faisabilité et mise en évidence de concepts durables, innovants et économiques
- Prestations de conseil générales, entre autres dans le domaine de l'obtention de droits de construction
Votre profil
- Diplôme d'architecture, d'ingénierie civile, de géographie appliquée, d'aménagement du territoire ou d'environnement, d'urbanisme, de construction ou d'immobilier ou qualification équivalent
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l'urbanisme et expérience dans la gestion de projets
- Réseau existant de clients et de branches sur le marché immobilier régional
- Plaisir à travailler avec des personnes, force de persuasion et aptitudes à la négociation
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, des connaissances du luxembourgeois et de l'anglais constituent un avantage
